We are over the moon about our new subscription offerings!! See options, prices, and schedule details below. Each of these options has been crafted to bring you the most Cereal Box magic while also providing us some stability to continue creating, editing, designing, printing, binding. Selling subscriptions allows us to plan a little farther ahead and gives you the joy of multiple good mail days with a one-time purchase.

Tidelines Lover: $40/year for 4 issues of Tidelines
CBS Enabler: $135/year for 4 issues of Tidelines + 4 CBS chapbooks + a calendar in December
CBS Co-Creator: $250/year for 4 issues of Tidelines + 4 CBS chapbooks + a calendar in December + 1-1 in-person riso basics workshop + bonus goodies
You can purchase a subscription at any time, and you will receive the first shipment that’s scheduled after your purchase. Four shipments are spread throughout the year and mailed via the USPS. Shipping costs are already included, so make sure to select “Subscription Purchase” when checking out to avoid paying any additional costs. A subscription purchase covers you for a full year; we will NOT auto-renew your subscription, unless you request it. We are so grateful to our subscribers for investing in our press and our creative community!

Tidelines Lover $40 / Annual Tidelines Subscription / Tidelines Lovers create a strong foundation for our quarterly community publication. This subscription covers 4 collaborative submission-based zines packed with riso-printed creative writing, art, poetry, photography, contributor bios, and more, primarily from artists local to the Cincinnati & Midwest regions. Shipped straight to your door! Tidelines is supported by and co-published with Wave Pool; learn more about the project here.
CBS Enabler $135 / Annual Tidelines Subscription + 4 chapbooks + a calendar! / This amount supports an annual subscription to Tidelines, as well as four larger works published by Cereal Box Studio, and a calendar for the following year shipped in early December! Our chapbooks range from 30-80 pages, and can feature one or several artists, creative or nonfiction writing, artwork, or a hybrid of both. We generally schedule out our titles around 4-6 months ahead, so there’s no way for us to guarantee what four books you’ll get. When you select this subscription, you CAN request back titles (anything listed in our online shop) to be one of your chapbooks.
CBS Co-Creator $250 / Zines, books, and more, in 4 shipments! / Are you excited by large envelopes full of printed goodies to delight the senses?! The biggest way to support our small press, the Co-creator annual subscription is for those individuals or families who feel able to give (and receive) a little extra. Items will include four issues of Tidelines, four selected works published in-house, a calendar, and an in-person 1-1 riso basics workshop in our little basement print shop! You’ll get a 2-4 hour session with us, depending on your interest, including design tips and tricks we’ve learned, an intro to operating a risograph printer, and access to our two-color machine to print your very own project. If you’re into printed matter and learning more about the possibilities, this will be a gift that gives in-person and in the mail, to treat yourself or a loved one. And of course, this top subscription level includes bonus extras like art prints, greeting cards, and bits for each season.
