Greenspace, Greenbelts, & Greenways

Featuring two maps, typography, and a timleine, this book spread was created for the Cincinnati Food Atlas, 2024. Tells the story of community groups in the Ohio River Valley working together and organizing to protect greenspace.

Non-profit preview

A snapshot of three distinct reports designed in collaboration with non-profit organizations, supported by grant funds. Clients include Blue Sky Center (Cuyama, CA) and DesignBuildBLUFF (Salt Lake City, UT).

Resource Directory

In conjunction with the Community Action Plan, the Cuyama Valley pooled information to create a shared resource guide for all residents in the local townsite as well as outlying rural areas. Both reports were grant-funded through Santa Barbara County public programs.

the La Soupe Story

Featuring a building plan, typography, a timeline, and large map, this book spread was created for the Cincinnati Food Atlas, 2024. It details the founding, history and current programs of La Soupe kitchen, education space, and pantry.

Artist-Run Spaces

Exhibition booklet designed and published alongside the Contemporary Art Center’s Artist-Run Spaces exhibit in 2022. The Contemporary Art Center is a modern art museum in Downtown Cincinnati.

Cuyama Community Action Plan

Residents in the Cuyama Valley created a Community Action Plan, together with multiple local non-profits and government officials. The result was an extensive report detailing statistics, an accurate capture of the present moment and strategies for improving all lives in the Valley.

Cuyama Futures

Heavy with type, graphs, and demographics, this report was designed for Blue Sky Center in Cuyama, CA in 2023. Content was gathered from Cuyama residents about future economic visions for the rural Cuyama Valley.

Nootropic

Free zine designed and produced in conjunction with the Psychic Hotline Block Party in Durham, NC in 2022. Psychic Hotline is an independent music label based in North Carolina.

Blue Sky Center Annual Report

Blue Sky Center released their first annual report in 2017, published in print and online. Our design aim was to create a visual impact while encouraging curiosity and interest in the Center’s rural geography.
